By accessing or using Tapeto you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
Tapeto provides a SaaS tool that converts design files (HTML/CSS, Figma, Penpot, and others) into WordPress-compatible output (Gutenberg, Elementor, and other builders). Features available depend on your subscription plan.
Accounts
You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Tapeto to process designs that infringe third-party intellectual property, distribute malware, violate applicable laws, or attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Plans and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Project quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of the most recent charge if the service was materially non-functional.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to designs you upload and outputs you generate. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service. Tapeto's platform, code, and branding remain our exclusive property.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapeto's liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
